@jlm43 had a good home made set up. Maybe search his posts?

I just built my drawers to be at the same height as the seats when they are folded flat.

Plywood costs a small fortune right now, but you only need two sheets and can build a nice setup.

All that is needed is a set of drawers that match the height of the 2nd row when folded. Below is my home built drawers with a full size air mattress on top. A half height mattress would be better, but my current set up will do just fine.

really digging this. Thanks a bunch.

I have the sleeper setup, it took some time to get it all dialed in for what we do but it has such a large volume for gear because of the post style mount instead of solid wood.

It is constantly getting folded/unfolded to accommodate passengers. When it comes time to camp I fit a full size mattress on it, could fit a queen if I didn't have the rear window panels. I bed lined it which is good 90% of the time and def more rugged, but if I could go back I would maybe do carpet.

Done, i just dialed one up. can't wait!

I made a lightweight setup that is for 1 person, you could double it up for two but give up the fridge. In the last picture you can see the plywood that forms the rest of the sleeping platform. It stores behind the seat on top of the box that hold my storage.

this thing looks great! thank you for sharing.

It looks even better with our new beauty panels on the drawers. We've got you covered from the simple and affordable platform all the way up to the full-face modern drawers. Everything's retrofittable so you can start small and add on later if you realize the sleeper, drawer, beauty panels, or nested slide out tables would be nice.

I built a platform from plywood and pipes. Half the platform stays in all the time. Half goes in when I camp. My build is based off this IH8MUD post:

Maybe the cost was about $150.

My very low cost and very low DIY sleeping platform.

Leave both rows of seats in, use storage boxes, and tool box, between folded down seats the same height as seats. Inflated mattress on top.

Dang, pics appear to be huge data wise. 1/2 won't load on my ancient iPad. Not a common problem.

Will recheck on my 'puter.

OK, just checked my data speed on my main computer: 300 mbps down, 100+ mbps up and I still get blanks on every other picture.

Problem appears to be on Bullelk's end. Suspect a speed issue or data cap issue with the upload.

@Live to Ski his pics work on my end. Is it possible you're confusing blanks with his pics that are uploaded in portrait, even though they are landscape (which is creating huge borders on the top and bottom of the this pics)?

Anything is possible. Never seen it before. Is there a way to change picture display to landscape in mud?

Glad it's working for others. Hopefully I'll see the "big" picture eventually:)
