100 series 03 tie rod (1 Viewer)

03 Lexus lx470 replaced the rack and pinion. Centered the rack left and right left side wheel is toe in 4 hole turns on the tie rod end. Before removing tie rod ends right side counted 13 and a half and left side count at 10 and a half. We installed new tie rod ends with the same counts. Had to turn out 4 whole turns to make the left wheel straight. I was able to Source locally CTR 141 for the left and 555 for the right. So the right side with the 555 is like the way I remove them at 13 and 1/2 turns but the right side is at 6 turns. Anyone run into this?

Wondering if I got the wrong ones mine is a 9 of 02 it's right on the cut off. Put them side-by-side they look identical. Does anybody know the difference between these two part numbers 45047-69100 and
45047-69115 ?
