More progress this weekend. It has 7” of possible up travel in the rear. Lower links are just for mock-up and I have the aluminum links ordered from WOD. Thanks for the recommendation on a source for the links, @matzell.

The rear is done for now. The transfercase mount is in and I will build the front carrier bearing driveline next, then on to the front links.

How close do the tires get to rubbing on the shock towers on the rear when flexed ?

@Firemedic831, they are about 3” away with these tires. I expect that it will touch with 40” tires. I tilted the towers towards the frame as far as I could before the spring hits the frame so we’ll see what happens.

Update: this configuration has clearance issues. I will be redoing the rear shock mounts and I will repost with a new threadmark.

Here are a few more at 7” of up travel. This is with the right side at ride height. The axle goes out and forward when one side goes up.

The tire measures about 32 x 10.0.

Yes, it is roughly 63”.

I’m calling this within spec unless there are opposing concerns? Backlash is between 0.004 - 0.006

Does anyone know what the circled parts are for? They came in my 14bolt emergency brake kit.

I’ve moved on to other things. I think that the clips and clamps are intended to replace the gold bracket if needed. I’m using the gold bracket with the following Lokar floor handbrake lever. The only problem is that I don’t have a floor to mount it to.

I have no idea what the round spacer is for. It is going in the spare parts bucket.

I can also hammer and dolly a new piece of metal for my fender, but that wouldn’t be as fun.
