That is a '79 Pig?

She looks to have the earlier turn signals, and does not have a '79 grille. Some parts swaps may have take place...

Cool Pig though!

appears to have the later left side gauge cluster, with the brake and fasten belts warning lights integrated.

need to see the rear/taillights

The engine was running a bit rich after a comprehensive tune up , also i could grab the upper RAD hose with my hand after a long

drive and hold on to it without getting burned by heat , so I suspected a Stuck open Thermostat or No Thermostat at all ?

When removing the upper housing , One of the 8mm bolts came out way to easy and covered with Silicon ,

It was broke off and the Re-Installed by the PO Glue-Style

Well , Come to find out the thermostat was Indeed stuck Wide-Open , Its also is a Aftermarket part

Aftermarket parts SUCK ! PERIOD ..................

After Too Much PB blaster with no success , I opted for a torch & heat method

It still would not budge !

I sourced a complete thermostat Housing Kit from Racer65 & installed it successfully

I also used 00295-00103 Toyota OEM FIPG ( Oil Pan & Cam Shaft Housing Sealant ) on all gasket surfaces

I opted for a Silicon 5/8 Heater Hose from oil cooler i sourced form NAPA , This stuff is easy to work with and clamps well Too !

i used All New stainless steel OEM-Type Hose clamps from CityRacer as well
