I pulled the original 1.5F motor from my 1974 FJ40 and replaced it with a new 2F. A friend had a cracked block and got the 1.5F block from me but I still have the cylinder head, 2F valve cover, rocker arm assembly, headbolts, pushrods, cam (not worn down), lifters, cam/crank timing gear set, front cover, connecting rods/pistons, double row harmonic balancer, etc. SOLD
I have a 2F crankshaft fresh from the machine shop still in plastic also. $100 (will use 25mm OS rod & main bearings)
The cam/crank solid timing gear set was installed new less than 1,000 miles ago. There are a few minor dings on the backside of the crank gear from the gear puller but absolutely still useable $20
I also have a 1F style flywheel, 2F style flywheel (both good but should be re-surfaced), the bell housing from the 1.5F, a 2F oil cooler, 2F air cleaner, and lots of misc other 1.5F/2F parts.
If you need any of this other stuff let me know and make an offer. I just need to reclaim some space in the shop. Randy
