1/2x20 bolts, what the..?

So my friend wants to grab a set of spacers but the seller says that there are 1/2x20 bolts? What the hell is this? Will it fit?

I am used to 12x1.5 bolts and nuts. I guess that the 1.5 is thread pitch or something. But I've never heard of 1/2x20 and can't even figure out what these numbers mean.

Any help appreciated.

Can you be more vague?
1/2"x20 is an SAE thread size. 1/2" wide, 20 tpi
12mmx1.5mm is a metric thread size. 12mm wide 1.5mm thread pitch.
What are these spacers for? What are you trying to do?

I have no idea if they will work.

1/2x20 = ½ inch diameter bolt and 20 threads per inch.

No they wont interchange. The halfs are too big of diameter and the pitch on them is off.

If its wheel spacers, I got set from trailgear. They fit fine and I'm happy.

What are these spacers for? What are you trying to do?

These are wheel spacers. I wonder if the seller has things right as I've never heard of the 6x5.5" pattern having such bolts, they are usually metric.
