This is my daily driver. Moving on to a FJ55 09/1973- Original F155 with header. 3 speed transmission. Saginaw Power Steering conversion using Mark's Off road kit. Front disc brake kit. ProComp 2.5" springs with Bilstein shocks and ManAfre 3 1/4" Anti inversion shackles. Top rebuilt with all new Cityracer weatherstripping. New door felts and rubber. I took apart seats cleaned wire wheeled painted and reupholstered the front seats. 3 pt retractable seat belts in front. 4 pt in back. Has BestTop fold and tumble in the back. I do not have the jump seats. 33x10.5x15 Dick Cepeks on 15x6 rims. 95% rust free. Rear sill need replacing- and rust/small holes on floor behind transmission hump. Body was painted by PO 9 years ago. Some bondo on front right fender. This is not a perfect cruiser, but it is in very good shape. I do have a 4 speed from a 74 Fj40 to go with it, another fiberglass top that needs rebuilding and a modified cargo hitch that fits a 2 5gal jerry cans and cooler.

Nice outside pictures. Looks like my 74‘s twin! Couple questions: does it still have the rear heater functional; Original fuel tank with step cover; C clip axles and 4.11 gears? do the overhead wipers work? do the rear hatch struts lock in place? I’m interested in another project 40

The rear heater function is there, but I do not have the heater. I do have a FJ55 heater with the fan, probably could run a switch to it. Yes it has the original fuel tank, but not the cover. Original axles and 4:11 gearing. I did the rear hatch strut conversion to gas charged. Wipers work on fast, not on slow. Probably need to clean and relube. PM me with an phone # and I will send you a video of the hatch working.
