06 no power/start issue (1 Viewer)

I went and looked at an 06 100 series today, inside has been "robbed" the screens in the headrests are gone and the touch screen in the dash is gone.
when the door is open, the indicator light shows in the guage cluster, headlights will turn on, put the key in the ignition and the dinger sounds, turn the key and nothing. The mileage and all the idiot lights in the cluster do not light up, no crank.
Its as tho there is power to certain circuits and no power to others.

any ideas where to look if I buy it?

IIRCC it stays on with the door open and stays on when the key is rotated.
