Hey all, I haven't seen this exact issue asked so i figure this is the best place for it. My LX just developed an issue of driving like the CDL is engaged without displaying the dash light(s). It has super heavy steering and refuses to turn at full lock. Since this is on a paved road I have stopped messing with it in fear of damaging it. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had this happen to me as well. I reversed about 50 feet and it unlocked.

I coasted in neutral for a bit and that seemed to unlock it. Unfortunately, the steering still feels heavier than usual. Did that happen to you as well?
Check your power steering fluid level and the power steering fluid serviceability.
Sounds like this may have just put you more in tune with your steering.
No. Steering was fine. Same as it was prior.
