Does this mean sensor is wired incorrectly, it’s new

Not necessarily wired incorrectly because the clip only goes in one way from what I can tell. I would believe that it is not getting any power, so if it is new O2 sensor then I would check upstream to see if there is a break in the line.

Not sure what that means and to g be e fair my car runs on gas not petroleum although I assume the readings are correct as gas ecu piggy backs car ecu

Finally sorted I reverse wires now all ok
