I have a 94. After having some weird transmission issues, I found one of the hard line hoses for my oil cooler is rusted and leaking. I've been searching all day for the right part but cannot find it anywhere. If anyone knows where I can find it or what I can do you work around it, i'd greatly...
Has anyone hooked up an oil cooler to the 2010+ model with the cartridge? Thinking of just a decent sized heat sink set up with thermostat, dont want to stack a finned cooler in front of the radiator and decrease the cooling capacity of that
I think i found the reason why the head was toast. The previous guy used water instead of coolant which froze and cracked this in half, all the water leaked out, the temperature gauge doesnt work so it overheated
I'm pretty sure this valve is 32mm but I can't get any sort of torque on it without it slipping. Does anyone have any tips on how best to get this off?
I have no clue if it matters but it seems like there are two different types with different part numbers. I have a 2007 if it makes any...

Ok, so I foolishly let a weeping coolant tube / hose connection fester into much worse. I started the car and went back into the house to grab something. When I came back out I saw the grill...

2. Is there experience with these coolers getting partially plugged?
3. Can the front exhaust heat shield cause the oil cooler to run warmer?
The back ground is after much experimentation with oil and oil...
There is a horizontal hose that attaches to the Oil Cooler. I want to replace it and was hoping someone could verify I found the correct one. It's a straight hose, no fancy turns.

I forgot to grab the hose and I'm headed to a hose maker after work. Anyone have one handy? What length is the longer hose? It's the hose that leaves the transmission hardline and goes into the oil cooler in the bottom of the radiator.
Anyone know the part number for the uppermost water bypass hose connected to the pipe that goes to the oil cooler?
I ordered 15777-50030 thinking it was that one, but it is not. All the diagrams I find on line don't show this hose.
