I’m having an extremely frustrating issue with my nav screen/MFD in my 2014 Land Cruiser. The front nav screen is acting up - frequently rebooting and always dark with the exception of the Toyota logo upon start up. Occasionally, it will show the message: “System Loading. Don’t turn off the...
Yellowing seems to be a problem for the nav screen. I assume this is due to UV exposure. I've seen the thread on replacing the screen, but is there a protective film that has UV blocking characteristics? I have found screen protectors for scratches and dings, but no UV protection.
Currently doing a Nav Delete on my 2006 LC, I have two unused connectors. Trying to figure out what they run / power.
The smallest one connects to the old nav screen and I believe it is called the M7. (3 wires)
The second smallest one connects to the tape deck unsure what the connector is...
Hi all, I recently went thru hell by way of installing a new amp, signal summer, and speakers. All are added at the output of the factory ML amp. Sounds great but no audio on BT hands free. Any idea where that module lives and how it works with the factory speakers? Has anyone encountered this...
Hello MUD,
While collecting Navigation Delete parts over the last 6 months, I came across this rare unobtanium complete LHD unit.
I wound up with two units, thus this one is for sale. Boards listed are for 2003-2005 LC, however it will work for 2006 & 2007 with Jerry B's harness.
This was...
Wife mentioned an intermittent message on her nav screen on her 2007 gx470. Check Air Conditioner. She thinks it is occurring when she uses the defroster. She hasn't noticed any flashing lights on the control unit when using it. She did say when the Defrost was running sometimes it was hot...
About a month ago I started running into a weird issue with my nav unit. I will start the car and the nav unit will be black for the map, destination, backup camera and DVD screen (used for my Grom). The climate and info screens work as expected.
If I disconnect the battery and wait a bit when...
I was having the following symptoms with my 2003 Lx470 original nav screen. My nav unit stopped reading the original maps disk (located under the passenger seat). This leads to a very annoying popup displaying on the screen "disk error, check Nav disk" There are a couple different wordings...
I've got a 2008 Lexus LX570 with Mark Levinson sound and after disconnecting the battery I'm getting this error message "A program cannot be read. Please consult to a dealer." Gah! There doesn't appear to be a DVD drive in the glove box, am I right to assume this is hard drive based? I've...
Does anyone have experience swapping their nav screen between two different model year LXs? I have a new-to-me 2010 LX with a yellow screen that I'd like to fix. I have access to a donor Nav screen from an '09 LX, although the UI is a tad different. The '09 has a nice dark UI, and the '10 is a...

Does anyone have a place that can repair the nav drive in my 03 LC. I saw a post once about a few places, but can’t seem to find it again.
As you can see in the pics, the display works, but it won’t show the nav.
Yeah I know it’s 20yrs outdated and looks awful even when it’s working, but the...

I was wondering if anybody has used the Crux BTS-TY1 with a Mark Levinson Non Nav LX470 from 2001. It seems to have the right CD changer port to plug the BTS-TY1. This makes me think it should work. Any experience with the product would be helpful.
