Mopar Ram Warn Power Wagon M12000 winch on ARB Bumper

Anyone run the Mopar Ram Power Wagon Warn M12000 winch? Spec says it is reverse spool and also has low voltage shut off, the clutch level is longer too but that can be replaced with regular M12000 short clutch level. Consider running this, found some new one with really good price.

    Synthetic rope and fairlead

Hi everyone, I have a Warn M12000 with wire cable on my ARB bumper and would like to change to synthetic rope. 1- which is the best rope currently on the market that you recommend? 2- should I change to rubber rollers or to a Hawse fairlead? Thanks for the input

Remove M12000 from Bumper on vehicle

Has anyone removed the M12000 from an ARB bumper while still on the truck? And then reinstalled it? It looks like I could lower it out between the bumper and front of the truck. I think I could use my UTV winch to lower it from the top bar of the bull bar. I need to pull the winch for...

    M12000 won't pull

Pulled my winch apart and replaced solenoids that were bad. While off, I took everything (kind of) apart and cleaned and painted. I pulled the motor out and painted the housing (see pic) and thought I got it back togethe properly. Apparently not. Now in the free spool mode, the winch will go...

Trail-Gear front bumper mods and Warn M12000

I bought a Trail-Gear 80 series front bumper because I like (mostly) the design, and they are well made and cheap. I've owned a few of their bumpers and sliders, and the bang-for-the-buck can't be beat - you can't hardly build one for what you can buy one for. I know several have issue with...

    Warn M12000 Recondition

I scored a used Warn M12000 a few weeks ago, and this is what it looked like: The winch came from one of the city's utility trucks (Energy in Jackson, MS) that was bought at auction. These trucks are usually fitted with winches out of principle, but they are rarely if ever used. This one was...

    M12000 motor beyond repair?

I've been watching Craigslist for a while now for a used M12000 to fix up, and this one that looked to be in pretty good shape, but had a reportedly non-functional motor finally popped up. These don't come around that often at decent prices near me, so I decided to go ahead and pick it up...
