SOLD  CO: 1982 Fj60 carburetor - no jets, otherwise complete

This is a 1982 FJ60 carburetor that has had the jets removed. I was present when it was taken off the truck, and watched another guy carefully remove the jets for a project. Is this a stock carb?

Just picked up a '77. There is no air cleaner on it. Want to pick one up. I'm guessing this isn't the stock carb. Or if it is, it's finish has held up remarkably well over the years. I can't find a model number, only the serial. Is there somewhere special I can order an air cleaner for...

    Carburetor power valve question

Do all Asian 2 barrel carbs for the 2F have power valves? I’m noticing that some carbs do not have the vacuum port at the top front and some do? My minimal understanding is that it takes some manifold vacuum to keep the valve closed and negative at open throttle to activate it?

I searched, yes, I searched. Before that I looked all through my Emissions Manual. 1978 (Sep '77 build date) Fed Spec 40. I had someone else under the hood for some work (film at 11) and they left a few vacuum lines disconnected. My question - where does this port - see blue arrow - connect...
