85913-90A01 is the Heater HVAC Blower relay for 81-10/85 FJ60. NLA and no substitute or aftermarket that I can find. The later one (> 10/85) is substantially different.
Anyone found something that will work ?
Cheers.
I have a 1995 1hd ft right hand drive manual Landcruiser heater blower only works on low speed and high speed if I push speed 2 and 3 fan stays at low speed . It is a full auto air system ECU controlled can anyone help have searched the internet can find systems with a small control box with 3...
I figured I would share my experience for future people with the same issue, as all my problems are common they just all happened to me at once.
Originally a few weeks ago the heater worked fine when suddenly I lost speeds 1-2. 3-4 worked fine so I just left it as a future me problem. Later when...
After cleaning out my blower I decided to replace the resistor 87138-60220 while I had everything apart. After doing so everything works fine but twice now after sliding from hot to cold air side I get a serious blast of acrid electrical smoke out of the vents. Enough to cause panic and...
not affiliated in any means but figured I'd put it up for anyone looking in the future. I purchased this set off eBay (PartsPuzzle) from the Netherlands. I'll go through the set as I applied them.
Here is the blower gasket along the firewall. first compared to the original and then on the unit...
Ok, well... not really, but one of my boys made the connection as it does sound like a cricket stuck in there chirping now and again.
I am just wondering if anyone else has taken the fan out and oiled the bearing and put it back in? I did that in one of my trucks years ago as a temporary fix...
I've got plastic broken away around the fresh air intake on my '76 FJ40 blower motor housing. I know it's not that critical since it just draws fresh air from the vent on the side of the truck and won't be visible, but this is a complete resto, so I'd like to get it right.
Anyone happen to have...
Hi all I just took apart my blower motor, cleaned it, and replaced the brushes and now its slower than before. I tried some with short 1/4 inch l;ength brushes and 1/2 inch brushes as well and while the shorter brushes made the rpm faster than the longer ones, they still both were barely usable...
My 1991 FJ80 has been only blowing on full blast, no matter which speed is selected. I swapped out the blower resistor (the one behind the glove box) about a year ago in hopes of addressing another issue, then swapped it out with another new one today, but the issue still exists. So unless I've...
Cleaned out the mouse nests in the front heater blower fan. Is there anything I should do to rebuild or lube the heater motor before I reinstall? The blower motor seems to work fine, but I see two screws that might or not take the motor apart and wondering if I should to pay some attention to...
It's an old LX450 and we sure like it. We are LC forum people from way, way back. But after getting home from a month away, we found the glovebox and heater fan full of mouse nest . Looks like shredded brown cloth fiber insulation from somewhere in the car.
Darn, how did they get in? I...
Has anybody had a heater blower that runs then not? I can be driving along, and it just shuts off. I have replaced the blower, and removed the dash controls, cleaned inside the best I could. The buttons all have nice crisp snaps, between speeds, and redirecting air flow.
Blower off/on does...

First Heater isn't blowing hot air, now AC MOTOR above front passenger feet is clicking like a kid riding a bike with a baseball card in its spokes.
I already flushed the heater core with no improvement.
Is that AC MOTOR above front passenger feet easy to replace?
Are these...
Hey yall,
I'm out of ideas here - I've replaced the relay in the driver footwell, the control box on top of the a/c Box, and the relay thingy on the bottom side of the a/c box. Still, I can't get but low speed on my fan. What else can I try? North American 94 fzj80
Hey guys,
first time posting as a fresh owner of an fzj80 from 96 with 200k miles :)
After successfully overhauling all technical debts (already did steering gearbox and brake system) I wanted to tackle the electronics, first item on the list being my AC.
I found out that since the blower...
