Hi folks, I have a 65 FJ 40 with the heater removed. I have this valve and attached hoses Under the center of the dash. Can anyone identify and explain how this works? I want to install a heater and assume this valve and hoses will be part of the project. Grateful for any guidance here. JB

Has anyone seen this setup before? Both sides have the same wiring. The bulbs are also dual filament. My other 65 does not have this, it only has the ground and the green wire with one contact point and a single filament bulb.
