I also am lookin... I wrote the manufacture last week and haven't heard back yet... Sorry for the hijack.

What I am looking for is some way of mounting a 350 in the cruiser with out having to destroy the current mounts on the frame. If someone knows of another place to find bolt in mounts that would be great also. If someone has these mounts and could give me the specs so I could make them that would also be great.

I have a few of the v8 motor mounts that bolt to your stock motor mounts, then 4 bolts, bolt the motor mount to the engine. you will need a fuel pump block off plate, and change to an electric fuel pump. Then you use a rear crossmember on your t/c. Motor mounts used $35.00 plus shipping from Placerville, Ca. 95667 Have 1 good set of fenderwell headers, $50.00 plus shipping. PM me, Thanks, John Pardi

The front saddle mount will allow you to use the stock mounts, but makes it almost impossible to convert to chevy steering using chevy brackets. The mounts Bob used to be involved with are a great way to go. My SBC is mounted foward (used to have a saddle mount) and I converted to the mounts Bob used to sell. I wanted chevy steering. The Matt Bier mounts are a great way to go.

Thanks everyone for the help the more information the better.

The mounts that used to be available from Bob ARE the same mounts that Matt makes. Bob was just a middleman.

Anyone have a picture of these? I remember seeing them at a PMC swap meet a lot of years ago, but can't remember what was so great about them.
