The 2005 TORC All ToyotaFest will be taking place
on May 14th at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA.

Last year Mark A. Showed up with his FJ45 SWB and won
first place in the restored truck class.

Hope to get more Land Cruisers to show up this year!!

For the same reason the Rockies game had 10 pple in the stands over the weekend.... :beer:

rockies???who are they? i don't do baseball or most pro sports. except hockey which has been reduced to a real kickass college team.
 
Sounds like fun....but on a rafting trip with scouts that weekend. Could pull in mid afternoon Sunday pulling a trailer tho. hehehe

Why doesn't TLCA have a booth at this event? it would be great promotion and a place where all the cruiserheads could gather. I don' t know how one would go about arranging something like that or whom to talk to, or if it's even feasible.

Also, who is entering what from mud? Do they have an audio part to the competition I could enter the cruiser in?

Maybe we could get some information packets from the TLCA membership administrator to hand out to interested people. I would be more than happy to help hand them out if the TLCA is interested. All the Land Cruisers will be parked together so it will be no problem gathering.
 
I have inquired to the TLCA in the past to exchange
website links and event info and have had
zero response.....


As far as the shape of your rig, if you can get it there
under its own power or on a trailer, I will love to
see it!! I have a great affinity for rusty metal!!
 
Club Oldshcool: ! Club Oldschool ! will be meeting at the Starbucks
at Devonshire and Sepulveda in Mission hills at 6:30 am.
They will caravan from there. If any LC's want to join up with
them, please be there!!

im out.... i lost a radiatior hose on the 405 and didn't know it. the temp stayed the same, any ways i lost the head gasket. Im going to take it down this week after work and try to get her running.

I am driving my 1965 FJ45 Short Bed that was in
storage for 17 years!!
