I've done my research and there seems to be plenty of interest on this but not much actual experience. Beno and Ammo have some good examples out there.

Sooo, its come time to rip out the moldy, mildewed, grimey carpet. I've decided to line it and am going to roll rather than spray for $$ reasons. Beno seems to have had success with herculiner, does anyone have any recommendations on which liner to use pros/cons for herculiner, durabak, rhino liner... spray vs roll?

Would be great to see how Beno's is doing after a few beatins.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

I'm quite happy with how it's worn now almost a year afterwards. Definitely something I am positive about doing.

A few things:

1. Preparation is key.

2. Make sure to let it dry completely (24-48 hours) before reinstalling seats, tie downs etc.

3. At least three coats. 1/8" would be my minimum.

4. The truck is much louder with all of the carpeting, deadening off. Better get used to it--either pull interior panels and fill with sound proofing a la Concretejungle or turn up the stereo. Your engine will be much louder as will your exhaust. If you have oversized mud tires, these are going to be loud as well.

5. I've thrown tons of stuff at this Rhinoliner--wood, metal pieces, dirt, dog, etc. and it has held up good. By next year, I will probably go in and do another coat--just to strengthen it.

6. It does get dirty easily, but it also cleans up easily. Vacuum big pieces and then I take the hose and wash out from front to back.

Good luck. Feel free to drop a line if you need help or more pics.

Best regards.
