Since I did my lift, larger tires and tie rods my steering wheel has been upside down, making it impossible to read the dials. I was told one can turn the stabilizer bar until the wheel lines up. Been trying this and can't seem to get it to work.

Can anyone clue me in on the trick?

You actually need to adjust the draglink to get it to line up properly. It's the linkage that connects from the end of the pitman arm on the steering box to the steering knuckle on the passenger side. You need to make it a little longer now.

Here's a faster method, and how I will usually do it:

* Pull truck into driveway, point wheels as straight forward as possible.
* Remove horn fuse
* Remove center horn button or cover from steering wheel.
* Take a 19mm socket wrench, you'll need a short extension, remove big nut from center of wheel.
* Take a Sharpie, make a mark on the splines at both the wheel and the shaft.
* Grab the wheel at 3 and 9 o'clock position, rock it back and forth, pulling hard as you go. It will probably pop off suddenly, be prepared for it.
* Spin wheel to proper position, reinstall.
* Put nut on finger tight.
* Take truck for a short drive on a straight road, see if the position is correct. Adjust if necessary.
* Tighten nut well, re-install center cover and horn fuse.
