I just wanted to introduce myself. ..

Just bought a 98 LC. Champagne. Electric locker in rear. 130k miles. Bought it from the original owner. He had every service record since it had 3 miles on it. Oil change every 5,000 miles from dealer. Timing Belt change right before 100k miles, new starter a year ago. It was very well cared for and will continue to be. I have been lurking and researching on here. Thanks for a great site and service.

FYI- also a Jeeper. I hope I don't get flamed for that.
95 YJ. 3.5" Skyjacker lift, 33" buckshot mudders.

No, you'll get flamed for the gold trim. I'll start: I just can't believe someone even *paid*for it
Apart from that, it sounds like a very nice acquisition. Welcome to the forum and to the quality 4x4 rig world

Don't feel bad. I've got the gold trim too. The saddest part is that it is worn off at the tailgate from too much use.

I had a jeep too - 88 Wrangler with the Buick straight six. A tough truck but the frame was beginning to rust too much. I also went from 4 seats to 8 now, so I have an excuse to take the whole family off-road!

x2 on the OSU plate to make it look better. (FWIW, I'm a 7-year vet of OSU and 4 yrs at LSU -- the Buckeyes rule.)
