Well some things came up and i have to sell this asap
the bumper is in two pieces (there wings) they bolt on each side of the frame and NO cutting or modifications to the stock frame are required. Just take off your stock bumper and bolt these on the sides. The center for the bumper is made up of the rear cross member so this is as much clearence as you can get with out cutting the rear cross memeber out. The tire carrier is not finished yet but will be this weekend. it has tabs on the bottom for a 3 gal air tank that i will include if the buyer wants it. the tire carrier also has a tab welded to it for a cb antenna. the tire carrier is very tucked so it is very close to the body. it is made to hold a tire up to 33s however i would guess with some wheel spacers it could possible fit slighty larger (not sure) the tire holder part is a toyota axle.

any questions let me know.
I was thinking $700 + shipping however let me know where your located as i will be driving from az to wa via utah and up (i.e. not california)

edit... just remebered you may have to cut the tip off your exhaust so the built in skid plate will work

a few pics from a year ago right after it was made, other then the paint needing some touch ups (rattle can) everything is the same.

what kind of bushings/bearings did you use for the tire carrier? Does it squeak/rattle?

its a 1'' trailer axle along with the trailer bearings. it is greasable. since the latch isnt done yet i cant really say if it ralltes-squeaks or not but i hate rattles and dont plan on having any rattles or squeaks.

sorry cant do as im at school and dont have a welder, not to mention its only a single spindle bumper

edit: located in bellingham Wa right now

latch is still not done as i dont have a welder here, i have been using the tire carrier with a tire on it but using a rachet strap to keep it closed. i have the latch with it but the mounting point needs to be lengthed for it to be mounted.
after using it like this id have to say the bumper does really well only thing i would change is to add a ubolt around the fram for even more strenth as when i sand on side of it (180lbs) theres some minor movement which i personaly dont like that much. would be a simple easy fix and not nessesary as it doent rattler or anything just might bother ya. also i would have used a bigger spindle for the trie carrier as well as theres small movment there (again no rattle just movment and minor) all in all if some one was looking for a bumper with out tire carrier this would be the cats pajamas just cut the spindle off and grind it smooth. It is what it is any questions pm me.
