It's a 93 with a suspected blown HG... and I got no place for said work... so now I'm weighing wether or not I should invest a G-note to get it running...

you sure it's the headgasket? There was some talk recently of a kit you can borrow from Autozone to confirm. It attached to the radiator and sucked air through test fluid that would confirm or eliminate the presence of exhaust gas in the coolant. You could also throw some bars leak in it and see if it improves for the time being.
