Same here. Almost never notice my pintle. Easy to attach and I know it is not coming off, even if I flip it (ask me how I know). I have backed it up over hills when turning and never think about it.
Also agree with don’t bother matching the tire. It is a waste. These tires don’t drive the...
Nice. So many questions. Do you have actuators in all four corners? Where did you source them? Waterproof IP65? As simple as wiring them all together in parallel?
Probably a stupid idea since I have not seen it yet, does anyone use a pneumatic cylinder and compressed air to lift and lower their RTT?
I have a CDN M101 and copying a bunch of you built a rack the keeps it in the down position when driving and lifts it to 6’ when camping. I currently...
Haha. I was thinking of doing the same thing when going camping near paved roads. Love the LC but the Odessey better on paved roads.
Do you have a picture handy of the pintle setup?
Ok. Here is what I found at Pevymart with some pictures. (CND $$$)
-Patriot PE10b electric fence energizer. Can be plugged to 6v or 12v battery. $75

Currently, Rubbermaids with a tarp. Design of cover keeps water out but also holds water. The sides also slant in and the handles stick out so you lose a lot of space.
For the price of pelican bins you can buy/make a cover. They are also heavy walled so you lose the space as well.
Was...

Did a lot more research. Looks like a trailer that gives an electric shock is a good option. Even cheap electric fences keep the bears away as long as they touch it first with there nose or paw. Hair protects them. The energizers are rated safe for kids and people with pace makers. They...
To support the electric fence idea:
Parks Canada uses them to protect soft sided trailer and you can buy portable electric bear fences. (I'll post links when my iPhone starts behaving.)
Looking for the best way to leave food in the trailer: cnd M101 with tarp cover.
Anybody ever charge their trailer so it acts like an electric fence? Maybe install electric fence wiring around it?
Situation:
Family of 6 in a 93 LC and CNDm101 trailer. Last summer we kept all the food in...
I got a second credit card from RBC and registered the billing address just south of the border. Told RBC what I was doing and they did not care. This way the seller does not know I'm CND. Amazing how many websites won't allow you to enter a CND billing address. Just get all my stuff shipped...
