Will it operate the rear hatch key slot? Do you use all three keys regularly? Do you usually use the keyfob to open the door? If so, your keys are probably worn down but your ignition still works cause it wore with them. I had the same problem. I had a new key cut from the worn one and it...
I'm just using it to interrupt the circuit. Only positive is used. Negative goes straight from the ground by the battery then to the lights. Positive goes from the battery to the fuse then to the to switch, then out the switch to the positive light terminal. I'm using an empty panel to the...
I use a hazard switch for Hella 700FF's. I don't use the relay and I wired it straight from the battery with an inline fuse. I don't remember which prongs to use on the hazard switch though. I think they were on opposite ends of the switch.
How does the angle of the force change? The force is still being applied from the horizontal center line of the tire and transferred to the rear control arm mounting point. You have to lower the mounting point for the wheel-barrow analogy to work. Hold the wheel barrow handles high and it's...
Mine does and I always engage the button when I'm in low. I cruise around in 2 until I either need something higher or lower. Keeps it from starting in 1st and then lurching into second 10 ft later.

How do you know it's not your brake lines? My brake pedal used to sink to the floor so I replaced the MC with a remanufactured unit from napa. Pedal still went to the floor. Swapped out the brake lines with Slee's kit and the problem went away. Several others have had the same problem with...
Check your steering box to see if the splines are bent, causing the arm to rotate on the shaft. Also, is the drag link bent or has it been adjusted recently? If there is no other underlying problem, you should be able to adjust the drag link to get the steering box re-centered - then just...
The bearing race driver kit from autozone works well for installing the axle seals (and you can borrow it for free). It's also handy when driving in the wheel bearing races.:flipoff2:
You don't have to do a full axle rebuild to get to the wheel bearings. It's as easy as replacing the front rotors. Spend $30 at Harbor Freight on the bearing race tool so you don't mess anything up. The kit also works for axle seals if you ever do the axle rebuild.
