Well.... as much as I don't want to talk about it... we had some rust issues on the bed. Truck has been living in Iowa for 3 winters and the salt has taken its toll.

Not much info out there on them. I can't find how heavy the drawer slides are rated to in weight. Also, how far out they slide? 110% or 75% slide out?

That sure does not look good... kind of looks like the shaft spun on the drive flange...
If you grab onto the hub, the thing with the lug studs, does it spin nicely, or can it move all over the place and sounds like steel on steel?

The bearing froze came all apart when we pulled it; however, it had a huge washer and bolt that if used would clamp on the outside face of the new pulley.
i used the new tensioner and pulley mentioned in this thread, and it worked perfectly -- so in my case, you could not just replace the...
Just had my bearings seize up on the tensioner pulley. Luckily I had seen this thread so I had the parts in the back of the rig…. However, The pulley is different on mine. Mine is a Magnuson, so made after the transition away from Toyota. The one on the right is the one I pulled off my rig.
