Aaaannnnnddddd just like that Toko is sold! It was/is a great rig and I hope to see the new owner here in the future! We will miss it, but glad it is getting some use now. Thanks for the memories Toko!
Small update, the wife has decided to sell Toko! She just doesn't drive it like it deserves so she has decided to give it up. Stayed tuned for a For Sale ad!
So far so good on the new suspension! That said the wife barely has any miles on it. Old Toko needs a recharge on the AC and she has been driving her other vehicle (2007 Rav4) for a while now. But with the Rav4 springing an oil leak this week (220K miles) she will be back in Toko in no time...
Today I finally got the 33's off of Stoffel installed on Toko. Went from 31x10.50x15 to 33x10.50x15. The bigger tires really fill in the wheel wells better after installing the new suspension!

I'm thinking about going to this antenna:
Flexible antenna on Amazon
I was hoping to not have to remove a fender (or half the damn dash) to get to it, but if I do I'm only doing it one time. Hopefully something like this will work?
Did anyone end up replacing a non-powered antenna? I went through the car wash today and stupidly did not lower the antenna. The wife is going to have my head if I have to remove a fender to fix this!
The wife and I got the new suspension installed this weekend!

This weekend the wife and I installed a new suspension under her rig! The leafs that were on there stock and absolutely dead. After it was all said and done I gave old Toko about a 3 inch lift!

We got the suspension kit from @reevesci aka Jason at Trail Tailor...
Hmmm, looky what I picked up today! Toko is about to get a bit taller! It's about time to replace the original (flat) springs. I can't waoit to get all of this installed and feel the difference in ride quality!
A huge "THANKS" goes out to @reevesci aka Jason at Trail Tailor for hooking us up!
So, the wife is still having a blast driving Toko around, but it has come to my attention that the leaf springs are D E A D! Fortunately Jason at Trail Tailor is going to begin selling Tough Dog lifts so we are going to give that a try. We replaced the shocks when she bought it, but the...
Orange light is the overboost light, you are pushing the engine to it's limits. If you really need to go that fast you need a different vehicle. I have never seen the over boost light come on in the wife's BJ71.
