I am sure that is a disc and not a dish freeze plug, as the picture shows. I wouldn't get anything but OEM, either. I seem to recall that the Kit doesn't have enough discs that size for the F135. They provide 3 and you need 4. You have to get an extra, and you might want to get a few more in...
This is from the owner's manual, Destin. I think there's an optional 6 pole rotary switch that only the lucky owners with optional factory fog lights got.
And on the switches I have, the numbers 1 and 2 positions are reversed, where 2 on the photograph corresponds to "1" on the key. The...
After messing with it myself, lately, I would point out that the "C" clip, as you call it, primarily adjusts the stroke of the accelerator pump plunger. Do that first. Then, if you need to, bend the counter arm to set the metering rod depth correctly. To do that, you need to have a carb kit...
I don't think I'd worry about that waver. It is probably normal. Check out scenarios 11 and 3 on this page. You look like you are at 19 right now, right? Blurry picture or my eyes are just old! :D
How to Use and Interpret a Vacuum Gauge
You might advance your timing another hair or so and...
It's getting rarer and rarer, but yes, a couple of places still sell the non-ethanol. Or they say they do. Snowmobiles, jet-skis, lawnmowers, boats, tractors all seem to prefer the non-ethanol, in addition to our old rigs. I think the ethanol breaks down old gaskets and fuel lines, too. And...
Good idea!
11203-60010 is the number I have for F135 head gasket, but it might be an old number with an upgrade to yours. Also available is the valve regrind kit, which is what I bought, 04112-60062. It has all the gaskets you need to redo the head and it is a current number.
It's definitely intended to be a tight fit (bushing compresses) and then reamed to exact tolerances. The deform process is what holds it in.
The same principle is at play for the rocker arm bushings if you've ever done them. You have to ream them out with an adjustable ream after...
When I did this the bushing went from a nice fit around the axle to a "no-go". This is what bronze bushings do. The correct thing to do then is to get a reamer and open it back up once it is in place. Finding a reamer that size is not easy. I ended up using a brake hone, but it's not perfect...
