Radiator looks like it has more than 62K miles, they only turn brown like that after 200K. Look at the valve cover gasket and the trans underneath, at 260K it would start to seep or get wet a little. Not at 62, sometimes it could be a clerical error for the mileage but you need someone who knows...
To be fair, kbb does not even closely represent the value of a clean rust free 100 LC. This would’ve fetched 30K no doubt had it not been wrecked.

If it drives well and repair was done correctly, keep it and build it up. Not too many 07 LC left, hopefully you didn’t pay too much for it. Looks like it sold for less than 10K and someone bought it repaired it and flipped
Mud is full of low ballers and tire kickers, I sold mine on Facebook marketplace and picked up a 200 for not much more. They’re coming down in price and so far I’m still getting used to the switch. Definitely feels much bigger to navigate and parking is a little harder.
I'm in VA, our trucks rust to crap here, if it spent its life here, it'll rust. Unless previous owner didn't drive it in the winter and wash the under carriage often.
That's good money on your part, the market might calm down a little once the chip shortage catches up and newer cars roll out. I'm looking forward to Toyota's 2023 4runner, hope we get a turbo motor with a little more umph.
Camping/fishing dirt roads can all be done in a Highlander or rav4. Is there a specific reason you want to pay this much money for a used over priced vehicle? Maintenance will also kill you down the road, I’d get a 2-3 year old highlander and call it a day. Much better gas mileage, smoother...
