I assume you're talking about the $23k Houston one?
The price only matters when someone buys it, which hasn't happened so far. The other one has lockers. And 75k miles isn't insignificant.
Your ad has way more details, better pictures.
But gosh that driver seat is rough.
Not really. You need more pictures. And don't zoom in so much and don't use vertical shots for everything. More underside, more interior pictures. Write some more history. If there really are "no issues whatsoever" it should be abundantly clear in the ad text and pictures for $23k.
Not mine but interesting to see super high miles, bone stock, with lockers (look close on one of the pictures), on a 40th!

Appears to be back? 97 Toyota Landcruiser 4WD
"1997 Landcruiser. 4 Wheel drive, automatic, 6 cyl. I have had the vehicle for about 20 years. It has outlived its useful economic life to us, and needs to go to someone who wants to take some time with it to bring it to it's former glory. The...
They didn't list them in the aftermarket mods, so I am assuming they are the factory lockers, which are e-lockers. 40th with factory lockers is actually a rare combination. Someone figured out how many there are and it was a pretty small number.
Done, with lockers for $16k (or less): For Sale - 1997 40th Anniversary Edition with 147K Miles - SOLD
Just a quick gander searching "built" in this classified forum gives many results in the mid-teens from the past couple years with similar miles and mods, some with much more expensive stuff...
It's got a lot of super standard mods, and maybe some good service history, but nothing even close to special enough for $32k. I am sure you could find one on here with all that stuff for close to half the price he is asking. And it probably wouldn't be a flipper.
Either this or a very similar one from the same source has been posted here before: For Sale - *Not mine* United Nations Armored/Bulletproof(literally) 80 series for sale
Looks like there's a video there of it being armored.
So I did ask. He said it was just to weed out the flakes.
The other thread (For Sale - 93 FZJ80 - 57K Miles - Excellent shape) actually gives the story between the real seller and his "friend" (the previous owner, who lives in Socal) listing it for sale over there. The 8k price difference is...
Maybe pre-qualified means they run a "credit check" and then just steal your identity, never to be heard from again. It would explain why it's listed for sale on the other side of the country at a different price.
EDIT: I should clarify that doesn't mean the original Mud post isn't legit.
