It makes a big difference who owned the car. Was it a 95 pound woman or a 300 pounder that only made short trips and was in and out of the car 50 times a day? Drivers seat wear will tell you a lot. Was there a pet constantly in the car?
Was it a from a dry state and always garaged or somewhere...
I went with a set of 4Runner take offs, new tires with rims and some extra sidewall for $400.00.
As your wheels and tires are new they should bring at least $500.00. If it were me I would wear the tires out before I swapped them. I'm cheap.
You could probably take measurements off your 2018, I don't think it has changed. From what I know of manufacturing they would not change the frame unless the made major changes to the vehicle. My bet is it is the same.
Put on your spare, then look for a used wheel to replace the bent one. Unless you plan on replacing the wheels. You can take your time finding a wheel when you don't need it. When you have two damaged wheels it becomes a real problem.
Personally, I like to know I have a good spare.
My car has the Nuluxe in dark grey, as it has heated and cooled seats I have no problem in Arizona.
I just tell the women I date it has vegetarian leather.
We'll see if it lasts longer than leather.
A previous owner could have put in an aftermarket head unit and replaced the factory unit when they sold it.
I don't think it is the CIA or the Russians. They both use smaller mic's.
Cal your local state representative and get them to make a rule against scrap yards buying cats from private parties.
If someone sells a cat they should either be a licensed wrecking yard or muffler shop with tracking, easy enough.

I'd buy a Bentley too, but I am not a Bitcoin billionaire and daddy did not leave me any money.
I'm still making payments on the 2018 GX460 I bought used.
The GX is a reasonably capable platform. The question is are you willing to trash a almost new luxury SUV offroad?
Personally I would get something less valuable where I would not cringe when I returned with desert pin-striping that would not polish out, or much worse.
It's your money. I hear...
Mine came off a 2021 4runner. $500 with no miles on the tires, including lug nuts. I'm not thrilled about the tires, but I am very pleased with the price. A can of wheel paint from OReilley and I like the looks. Some rubbing when I hit a driveway with the wheels turned. It's only happened once...
I think the operable rear glass, while a nice feature, is overrated. I'm probably not going to drive with it open, I'm not going to carry lumber, and as a matter of fact I have never opened mine. The rear door provides much better access for my purposes.
I like the spare tire where I don't...
The steering wheel comes off pretty easy, you might consider getting a used one and changing it yourself.
If it is a part that seldom fails, a used on should have low demand .
