I don’t think it could get much easier. Buy some 2” flat stock, cut to length and drill and tap some holes. I posted the measurements earlier in this thread.

When I installed mine I recall that they were damn close to the original seat height. Maybe 1/2” to 3/4” higher or so.
I'm only 5’8” and they're great for me. Maybe someone taller than me whose done this swap can chime in on their experience.

Been running these seats for almost 2 years and they’re still like new and the brackets work perfectly.

I kept the vapor barrier (well actually replaced the trashed stock material with new 6mm plastic) and added 1/8” thick Dynaliner to the back of the door cards. This coupled with Dynamat inside the door makes for an incredibly tight and quiet door.
You can see that I left it about 2” short of...
