so for normal speed wheeling ie not offroad racing over washboard roads the 5125 should suit me just fine since the only difference is the reservoir which really only aids in keeping fluid cooler or am i just completely wrong
thanks for all the info
Bryon

so no one has any useful info for me at all? Its mostly a trail rig i am running 40s and the drums need a total rebuild and i just hate drums. so no one at all has done the rear disk brake conversion? I didnt think this should be in the hardcore section but guess i should try there
thanks...
just got the package and go to put it on and it seems as though it is missing six spacers. I think that the banana looking spacers are for a 40 and it needs six almost washer looking spacers for the 60. And my package has none and it seems that the caliper is sitting too close. anyone have...
did stock chevy springs in rear i believe like 58" out of 3/4 ton need to change shackle hanger and spring mount and perch as i believe they are narower like 2.5" but i also did some framework in the rear and i was using the rear 60 springs in front with an add a leaf till i snapped the springs...

did a sbc swap probably about 2 years ago yeah it cost a little i try not to remember but im pretty sure there isnt a 2f out there that can compare. I say do it as for the cooling i just used a radiator out of the same chevy pickup the motor came out and the tbi is great. good luck just do...
nope pinion angle is good actually a tad high to take into consideration the soft springs. and axle wrap is due to soft springs more so than pinion angle. pinion angle tears up u-joints more than anything else. as for clamped together if you are talking about the little clamps on the sides of...
well as it says i redesigned my front spring pack last weekend wheeling. I think it happened with a little too much speed a little down hill and brakes that i finally fixed maybe too good. best I can remember is we came a round a corner a little quick into camp and locked the brakes up...

ford shock mounts is what you want for the front and you need to give dan a call at ruff stuff for the rest of your spring over stuff. let me know when you want me to stop by we can easily get 40's under that for a daily driver
