    Fan shroud wouldn't be a deal breaker for me nor would the wires. Both are easily remedied. The major things like mount location and type are where I would focus.

    Looks like a direct swap out of a early 90's Chevy to me. Obviously automatic with the dipstick and the engine location looks good since it is forward of the firewall.
