Spotted today, Stoffel out in his new habitat! We made a move and are now in Colorado. I'm hoping to get it into a restorer around here and get a few things done, but I'm excited to use it in the meantime! This was about 35 mins from my house today in an area we can't wait to explore more!
Ironically I took a spin in my HJ61 for the first time in months today. My Tundra is in the shop so I was getting Stoffel ready to take to work. Damn I love this rig! It's seriously been sitting for months and it just starts right up. I have owned mine since 2014 and I seriously love the damn...
Well, after a stupid amount of time and money it looks like life has caught up to me and this little project is going to be put on hold. After waiting to take this to a mechanic for months to repair the brakes, not only did the mechanic blow me off, but I drove it to work earlier this week and...

Late to the party here but yep, that is my rig! Jason also made the bumpers, and sliders and provided numerous other goodies. He's my go to guy for all fab work!
As usual Jason has come through in a big way! I received my D pillar vents just before the cut off and they are AWESOME! I love the feel of the single metal piece in my hands. They are heavier and a bit bulkier than the original plastic bits, and I'm sure they will last much longer. Here...
So no updates on the interior yet, but I finally got one of the last exterior pieces put on today, GRAPHICS!! I used a local company that did some custom work for me. I think it turned out pretty good!
I have that lift on my HJ61 installed by Cruiser Outfitters themselves. 33's were not an issue, and I am currently running 295/75/R16's. I occasionally get a rub here and there. If you are going to run 35's I would do a spring over axle conversion.
