    Update. I have proper voltage to pump. Pump sounds funny if that makes sense. Not like it did when I repaired wiring I now barely get fuel to filter and pump won't run all the time. Is it common for these to fail intermittently as opposed to just quitting? I have constant 12 volts to pump by...

    You'll have to forgive me but I'm not great with efi systems. Where is it located and what is the function of it? I'm better with carburetors and tbi stuff and these 3fe fuel systems are nothing like what I'm used to.
