Yes. It was going to be up for roughly 4 weeks when I originally set it up with Luke. So 3 more weeks. He's been hard to get ahold of since last Friday, but if I am able to get in touch with him I will ask him for a concrete date when the GB will be over
Me neither. I updated the 80 section post. I am hoping to hear from Luke today. Once I do the GB code will be posted and we will be able to place our orders.
I spoke with Luke and he has graciously agreed to run another bumper group buy.
There is a minimum of 10 orders to make it happen. Lets do it!!!! - Well that was easy, less than 3 hours and we beat the minimum of ten!
Discount code will be for his entire store . Will last for roughly 4 weeks...
I would be willing to put money on your injectors being pooched. If crap fuel went through and took out your pump your injectors are next in line.
I know that with my 12ht they sold replacement nozzles. But after that ( 1HDT and up ) the nozzles became much more difficult to change because of...
Nozzle I believe he meant.
OP I can only assume you have a diesel. If you had poor quality fuel or water in your fuel it can and will destroy nozzles. It is very very possible that you need new nozzles. But since you say there isn't anywhere to get your truck serviced you are kind of limited...

I worked for Cummins for years ( field service mechanic ). Now work for the city...on Cummins all day. Trust me....what everyone says is true. Think tractor engine...with 2 less cylinders so it's balanced like crap. The 4bt vibrates like freaking crazy. Not to mention it is heavy as hell and...
A wheel alignment. Once you change suspension components, you need to realign your wheels so you don't prematurely wear tires and or have steering issues.
Second opinion!
And ask for a compression test, personally I think a compression test is more accurate than a scope. Things can be misinterpreted through a scope, I have used 10,000$ scopes to inspect cylinders on 3000hp v16's and could not accurately judge. But a compression test is pretty...
One last test that may give you a bit more peace of mind before dropping $$$ on a new engine.
Ask them to do a compression test. Then ask them to poor a small amount of oil in that bad cylinder. Then retest, if the number changes you have bad rings. If it stays the same you have a bad seating...
