If you got them from Amazon then I would roll the dice and order another denso sensor to see if that solves your problem. If so, then box up and ship back the defective sensor back to Amazon.

How's the offset between the two? Do they appear to have the same dimensions from the mounting point?
Also, is the overal diameter of the camry wheel smaller? Could just be the angle.
Did you check a couple blocks down the street? usually they dont make it too far before something fails.

You said you checked the sway bar endlinks but not the bushings holding it to the axle. I would take a look at those as well.
I would remove the sway bar and then go on another test drive.
some good advice in here. my old 99 had a stubborn diff lock when i first bought it.
my trick was to turn the steering wheel full lock, put it in reverse and blip the gas pedal. you dont want to drive around in reverse, you just want to give a good quick blip on the pedal.
Damn honestly that does sound like a bad headgasket/maybe the head has also warped and allowing a significant amount of coolant to flow into the combustion chambers.
If you can, i would try to pull all the coils and plugs and see if you can take a peak down there.

Sounds like they replaced the part but didnt perform the zero point. You can try to do a zero point calibration with a paperclip. no other tools are needed. very easy to do as long as you follow the steps. Or you can simply take it to a shop that is familiar with a zero point calibration. no...
