you are correct. Motor can be rebuilt, MC plunger replaced, and a few grommets can be replaced, but that’s it.

The length and travel range of those shocks will work fine but the eye bushings in the lower mount will not work. IIRC, the 100 lower mount requires 19mm ID bushings, whereas the Tundra’s lower mount bushings are 12mm or 14mm ID.
The front diff (ring gear) is comparable in size to a 44 but the rear is more comparable to a 60. But such comparisons are dumb because Jeeps are $hit.

All 08/1999 and up 76/78/79/105 series Aisin hubs fit fine with the stock 100 series wheels. No idea why your stock 100 wheels aren’t clearing. Are they hitting the calipers?
Which Aisin locking hub did you install? What exactly is not clearing?
Locking hubs are antithetical to full-time 4WD…Are you sure you know what you’re doing? 🤔
