The 1995 model is an oddball. Toyota made most of them fully OBD 2 compliant, but the Feds did not require it until the 1996 year model. So the 95 gets tested like an OBD 1. I have heard, but never seen, that there were a few 95s inn the US that are actual OBD 1.

Howdy! Too bad you are so far from Phoenix. We have a volunteer group that does most of the mapping, signing, and trail repair for about 3000 miles of motorized trails in the Tonto National Forest. We do a couple runs every week. Unfortunately it is also 100+ degrees down here. John
Agree with Medtro on this. We have juiced cluthes at 60,000 cst for special applications and it has never caused any interference between fan and radiator core.
