    HDJ 81: Leaky Injection Pump

I believe I need 22180-17150 (The one with a pic earlier that I had posted above was "-56351") My brief search has yielded very little results, but sent an e-mail inquiry to one vendor. LMK if any of you have better luck than me! Thank you again to all of you for your valuable inputs!

    HDJ 81: Leaky Injection Pump

Thanks, Diego! I am going to do a little more/better researching, both on the diagram, as well as on Google and see if I can get the exact part number of the offending part(s). As I said above, I am going to try the least expensive option of getting them o rings first, and see if that will do...

    HDJ 81: Leaky Injection Pump

Thanks, Rosco! After reading the post after yours, by KiwiDingo, Imma try to identify, or at least narrow down the exact part(s) that would be for my truck. I imagined that parts required for rebuilding these pumps would not be too difficult to source. But, I guess identifying exactly which...

    HDJ 81: Leaky Injection Pump

Thanks! My buddy told me that the offending part(s) in question seemed easily accessible (without removing the whole assy. So, I am going to to try to get the o rings from a local Toyota dealer and give that a whirl. Thanks again! Mot

    HDJ 81: Leaky Injection Pump

Thank you for chiming in, and for the info! I am gonna be taking off to Japan in a week, so I may just have my mechanic and send it up to Portland, unless I can get the piece(s) I need to fix this particular problem which may (or may not) require a whole rebuild. Thanks again! Mot

    HDJ 81: Leaky Injection Pump

'SUP guys (and gals)? It's been a hot minute, but my HDJ81 has been leaking (dripping) fuel. My mechanic buddy has identified that the drip is coming from the location in the pic that I am going to upload in my next post. Upon doing some research the said part appears to be no longer available...

    HDJ 81 Brake Failure

My lift is MAYBE 2", with 285's on. I didn't really hit me as it happened the seriousness of this, but now since I've had time to kinda digest it, I'm glad it happened while I was doing 25mph in town, rather than barreling down I-15 70+mph! It's good to be alive, lol. Cheers!! Mot

    HDJ 81 Brake Failure

Sorry, I've been MIA for awhile, but decided to come back a few days ago. :) And lo and behold, yesterday after dropping my kid & friend at a swimming pool I lost my brakes. I'll spare you the drama, but the DS brakeline had cracked at the wheel and lost its pressure/fluid. Anyway, I would...

    Batteries? Alternator?? Or something else???

OK, so the AutoZone guy tells.me that the PS battery has been 100% charged, but is bad. I guess I will wait to get the batts from the most gracious Onur and see if that would take care of it. If not, I would know that there is something wrong with the wiring/fuse, right???

    Batteries? Alternator?? Or something else???

You kill me, lol!! I took both of the batteries to O'Reilly's and AutoZone and have them both test both batteries (I just wanted to make sure). O'Reilly's put the batteries at this machine that spent about 60-90 secs to test. She told me that they were both "dead". At AutoZone, they put...

    Batteries? Alternator?? Or something else???

Crap... I'll take them both out and take them to O'Reilly's or AutoZone (Since they can probably only test one at a time, I'll take one to both of them? :hillbilly:) and get them tested. I guess that would be the next logical course of action. Thanks again! Mot
