    2H Injection Pump Leak

Some pics of the injection pump with the lines off, the valve gaskets, and the delivery valve. You can see the old gasketd still on the base of the delvery valve. The FSM shows the blowup well. I think it leaked because it loosened up; when taking the lines off the piece abouet the valve...

    2H Injection Pump Leak

I need to get a copy of the FSM, took the delivery valves out (maybe just the housing) and some spring comes out too, there seems to be more stuff (valve components?) I can take out of the injection pump, and I guess the gasket is at the bottom? I should take some pictures.

    2H Injection Pump Leak

My wife's 2H injection pump is leaking diesel from the top. Doing some reading on here it seems to be the injector valve seal. Is this just an o-ring? Any idea what size? Is there a seal kit out there? Also the injector valve seal seems to have some sort of lock on it, any secific...

so you want to increase your bottom end torque on your 3B?

Thanks for the info on the GT 2052 in comparison to this turbo. I guess the GT is a safer option if I am going to let my wife (or my kids when they grow up) drive the truck, with their heavy right feet.

    Most simple diesel engine

Right  Rotary has one plunger for all cylinders, and inline has a plunger for each cylinder. I think rotarys are good, however they suffer more form the new diesel (no sulfer) than the inline pumps do. Cummins engines in the dodge had the rotary from 89-93, then went to the...

I know I should post this in the dodge section but nobody goes in there. Yesterday i noticed that when I start my dodge in the morning an let it warm uf for about 30 min, the snow pile next to the exhaust goes yellow. I though it may be because it was so cold out ~-30C, today was much warmer...

the vacuume tanks on the 40's were way bigger than on the 60's, and were located under the cab instead of the fire wall. I dont think it matters the size of the tank, just the more reserve you have

HJ60 headlights, one dimmer than the other?

of coarse this is at the expense of the oncoming traffic, i have noticed a big difference in brightness on headlight in the past ten years, seem like everyone driving around with high-beams, and fog lights seem to be acceptable all the time. I keep it old school and an having a hard time...
