We all are gonna die one day .. if my 76 last up to that day I'm good ..
No 4 banggers for me no hybrid .. not even if they put 1K HP to the wheel .. sadly all stuff around us it's changing and few of us just hold to that last old post against the tsunami ..
( dramatic me .. )
No...
So basically you tight up the boost compensator spring making it ( the diaphragm ) more stiff therefore less prone to move under boost, which equal to less pin travel, less fuel pin travel ..
I never saw a benefit .. stock ( healthy ) injectors are very capable .. with a healthy Fuel pump, proper tunned fuel pin I had plenty fuel available across the range ..
Hello . . as you can see some mods to the bracket had to be done ... very minor if any to the alt itself.
IIRC this was a couple of years ago I did it ..
Back in the day I had a Hyundai Terracan Alt ( vacuum pump attached in the back ) on Tencha .. those are 120amps alt .. if you don't need the vacuum you are good to any other alt ..
Bump for your question .. that's the oil I've been using for years ..
I've been looking at redline
https://www.redlineoil.com/15w40-diesel-motor-oil
and royal purple ..
http://www.royalpurple.com/product/duralec-super-motor-oil/
being redline the winner so far ..
IMHO each option offer pros and cons .. and while having a top mount with good fans to keep it fresh at low air flow will make it for possible lag due to short piping ..
