I have a 80 on 39s built for hardcore rock crawling 280k on the clock.
Take it to all the hardcore west coast trails
But it still doesn’t belong in the hardcore section.
They look great, really nice welding.
But looking at the last picture I think the the bushings took all the strength out of the mount.
If the roll bar is applying pressure to the floor pushing down the bushing will allow the arm to just swing down on the bolt a pivot point just like the lower...

What kind of welder do you use that uses stargon gas.
I'm a hack welder but with my millermatic 250 I run 75% argon/ 25% carbon is there a better choice ? :cool:
