I used one of the inexpensive harbor freight sand blasters and bought a northern tool sandblast gun for it. The original HF gun clogs often. A few simple brass connectors, plastic washing machine hose and clips and it worked great. About $100 into the entire system and I used sand as the media.
Have you looked at adding a frazanator to an ingersol 60 gallon?
It works a bit like a 2 stage compressor to cool the air a bit before it hits the tank. Maybe an option.
I have one too and like it. Goo for 3/1 6" and 1/4" with multiple passes. I got a ready welder cheap for when I need toweld 1/2" material. One of the other guys does the same. HH140 has been good and reliable
So, I am pondering selling my hd drill press and getting a used bridgeport to do basic milling and cutting and the uusual drilling holes in wood.
Is this a wise move ? Who else has done it?
I went a different way, I bought a HH140 at first and realized I needed something extra for some 1/2" work. I got a ready welder and 2 batteries (costco) and a battery tender. Probably about $1000 in both systems. Only minor drawback on the ready welder is it is live so you hit it and go?
Hi all,
We are looking to purchase some Harbor freight items for our annual raffle.
I was leaning towards a rolling service cart for the garage

quite popular on garage journal...
Yes that is correct, used a 20% off at a big blue competitor. Took more convincing this time, but with a shot. Just say they accept them in metro Atlanta
Got one from someone on one of the forums, 2 deep cycle batteries from Costco and a marine float charger deal on eBay.
It welds very nicely and I can bring on trail as well. I think I am good for up to 1/2" with two batteries.
I use my Hobart 135 for smaller stuff
Remember
My wise words.... The harbor freight coupons can be used at Homo Depot and Lowe5
I have used them in the past and sometimes they up them so you may get 30% off of a better grinder:)
I did the same to a 10" craftsman saw. Use dewalt blades as the are better than norton.
I am thinking of a variable speed switch controller from HF to keep the rpms down.
I am impressed with the results so far.
Try this
You could also make your own stand with rockler t-track

Also,
Get on sawmill creek forums and search under key words
I use my 20 yr old black and decker workmates 200 and a cheap a55 roller stand.
They have nicer ones at rockler woodworking.
My garage is small, so it helps to be able to move it Around and pull off my chop saw when I need to put something else on it.
Workmates also serves as a mini welding...
