Here is a possible solution to that gap these bezels cause as being a clean 90 degree stamped unit where the OEM bezels edges are flared a bit. I have installed some McMaster-Carr 8507K61 on the two bezels I have, and I'll see if that takes up the space of the flare.

@Volcanic Iceberg - Any chance you still sell these vinyl "Land Cruiser" stickers for the bezel?
If the Iceberg doesn't make them, does anyone know of a place/individual that could make them? I'd like to letter up my two South American stamped bezels that have been painted Cygnus White with...
FWIW - My first thought is using a dropper and filling the lettering very-very carefully. But I'm not sure how the paint will flow. If that doesn't work, I'll take a small paint brush and steady hand to the lettering.
Last current full set sold to FJ40 Life. If I can get confirmation on at least 5 additional sets needed, I'll make another run.
Thanks to all that purchased my initial stock. All sets sold have 27 lug nuts, as well as any future sets that may be sold.
Update: I think that a full set of the lug nuts should be 27, 6 per wheel and 3 for the spare tire. Thus, my sets will be shipped thru USPS in a small flat rate box with 27 lug nuts, all for $55.
These carry the Toyota part number: 90942-01007
FWIW - I put a set on my stock '77 FJ40 last night.
...and yes, that is a Toyota FJ40 stock rim, widened out to 9". :)
Lug Nuts: 12x1.5 - 21mm, yellow-zinc, with 60 degree cone seat for steel wheels. Even though they are 21mm units, a 13/16" socket fits very tight on these as well. The fitment is for the Toyota part number: 90942-01007
My sets are 27 pieces, 6 per wheel & 3 for the spare tire, each for $55...
