Its long gone but I’m itching for another 200.
305/65/18 on Forged TRD PRO w/1.25” Spider Trax spacers. No rubbing but I’ve never taken it off-road. Pushed the front fender liner forward and molded the front mud guards.
@DJCloz The tire is heavy and taller. It took a small hit in the acceleration and braking department. The actual ride is still good though. For those that actually needs the additional ground clearance, it's a great trade off.
305/65/18 KO2 on 18x8 BBS TRD PROs. 1.25" spacers. Stock besides fender liner/mud guard mods.
It looks great but as my DD, it's terrible. Did I mention it looks great though? LOL. I knew what I signed up for.
Sucks about your situation but you know how it goes...while your in there...6.8L stroker :steer:

I would follow the FSM and dig deeper. Lots of folks shoot from the hip nowadays and its just going to cost you.
Did the shifter/center console get wet from the rain? I’ve seen spilled coffee do some stuff. Do you have access to techstream? Maybe you can take a look at Data List/Parameters if...
Previously I averaged 14.5 mpg mixed. Currently 13 mpg mixed. I‘m now more lenient on the skinny pedal so thats why I’m only taking a small(lol) loss. Now the current numbers are straight from the display, not accounting for actual miles traveled.
TRD BBS Forged w/ 305/65/18 KO2. 1.25” spacers all around. Trimmed inner half of front mud guards and pushed front liners forward. No rubbing for daily driver duties.
@ga12r1 I do not have any good info but came to say this checked out. "Relatively Infamous" :cool:
If your shocks can handle the compressed length, cut out the damaged area and weld in a "bowel" to allow maximum stuffing. Combine that with progressive/active bump stops and Raptor, please hold...
Correct. If I run loaded all the time, I would get an alignment at that ride height. You can be that guy and request weights on the drivers seat lol.
The LX does not correct alignment with it's height changes. It does lower it's ride height a little around 65ish mph. Disclaimer, beyond this...
One can argue that lifting the rear shifts the cg forward therefore more weight over the front axle. More weight up front = lower static position of the front suspension therefore altering the front end alignment. Edit: To clarify, I would personally NOT worry about the front end alignment with...
@electro992
Just what I was thinking. Glad to see it works for the 4 runner folks. I'm not sure if I would do this mod as I never felt the need to run fog only.
I can offer a couple tips. Front diff, I typically place a brass hammer square on the drain bolt and whack the brass hammer with another hammer. This tends to loosen it up. Then follow up with your 10mm hex but give it a SWIFT push/pull on the ratchet. The trick is being swift, quick, and firm...
