The DBA T3 rotors and XP pads are definitely worth the investment and noticeable stopping improvement. On my 100- they were a substantial upgrade over OEM- noted I used the XP pads - installed new OEM calipers and stainless lines on all 4 corners.
I’ve got turn buckles that hold the drawer frames to the tiedown loops in the corners of the cargo floor and my system has never budged -
How do have your system secured ?
Ive had good results with XPel on several vehicle headlamps.

Agree on springs: My first question to OP inquired about which spring rate he was running; still waiting for that detail.
FWIW I have Tibrens. It's more than a glorified bump stop; it provides for normal ride unloaded and when loaded, as it compresses it provides a progressive dampening effect...
Definitely a debatable topic and various ways you can look at each application; both have their merits. Ok you mentioned 50k trouble free miles with airbags, how many trail miles towing heavy camp trailer with armored and fully packed truck like OP has pictured?
If I were OP and based his set...

Those choper pilots are cowboys- really impressive flying. The Jeep factory event flys in a frigging grand piano ..... and spend a full week 8-10 hrs a day flying in food and drink for a 2 night gig for 100 trucks ; crazy
Nice work guys! I recall several squeeze points (especially some off camber ones) on the trail that I can't image getting a full size cruiser through with out some carnage- especially the squeeze between two humongous rocks after big sluice before entering rubicon springs.
What was the final...
Along the lines of the TD, Ive seen a few 200’s set up with Ironman Foam Cell Pro-they looked good- and owners were happy with the lift height and performance. Fwiw IM FCP are rebuildable, maintain good ride quality and perform quite well offroad- and beefy. For a heavy DD, the foam cells, IM or...
@TeCKis300
I thought this was an informative and helpful thread, thank you- I hadn't ever considered the simple solution you outlined to dual battery set up.
Question: With both batteries wired together without an isolater, how is the load demand on the stock alternator and how much...
