I have a hard copy of this paragraph, and the SPC instructions for dialing in alignment with adjustable arms. I drop it off with my keys when I get alignments done. Been pretty good to handling and tire wear.
So.......here's what I recommend.

If you Google socal chevy tundra alignment specs you can find the full list.
270 k on my truck. 100 with the gears in it. I think the donor had 140. Hard to say when buying used. Shouldn't be any issue running 35s. If your running 35s, think about upgrading the brakes as well.
Pushing 270k miles running 35s. No issues so far. The factory locker won't clear the cruiser sway bar. There are air cylinders the 80 series guys have adapted to replace the failure prone mechanical actuator.
Brian, your work on project 200 was an inspiration for many of the mods that really projected the 200s into off road capable rigs.
I'm loving my rig with 270k on the tundra swapped front and oversized brakes.
Thanks for your experiments and research.
You can make it work with the original linkage. It will be at an extreme angle. I tried the tundra linkage but it broke, so I went back to the cruiser one. Making heim joint links is the better path.
Everything mated right up. Been running strong 5 yrs now.
One thing to note, the mechanical actuator for the 100 series locker will not fit with the 200 sway bar.
I found an article that described how the 80 series guys were using an air actuator to engage the shift fork.

Been a minute since we visited this issue. I got lucky and found a used cannister on ebay. Rolled the dice it would work. I get codes every now and again, but generally that fixed the issue. It's a super easy replacement. You could save some coin going that route.
Depending on wheel offset I still get rubbing on the KDSS with 35s. (50mm offset wheels)
Would be interesting to see photos of the sway bar linkages with KDSS pushed forward.
I keep a looong harbor freight screwdriver wrapped in multiple layers of electrical tape in my tool drawer, just in case. I got lucky that I was at my parents house when my starter failed. Don't want to risk it out on a trail
I used one of those and it has held. I did switch to heavy duty worm drive hose clamps, after another member said the Toyota ones leaked with the new style T. I also used a garden hose barbed T from home depot while I was waiting on the dorman parts to come in. It was a pain to get to work h...
here are the alignment specs I request when taking in my truck. since these are all wheel drive the castor affects steering more than a typical car/truck.
all these specs are within the toyota specs, just points to how they work together. I pulled these off a lifted Tundra forum years ago and...
