Planning to keep the column and "school bus" wheel
Current plan is to keep the stock steering wheel. I've always liked the big "school bus" wheel, but will keep you in mind I f decide to get with a fancy tilt column and new wheel.

The offer is acceptable - close to what I would have sold it for. The unrepairable vehicle is being offered to me for $1600 - so I would think there is a little to be made off this.
